These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Lunchiva., operated by Lunchiva. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud.

We accept online payments (cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets) securely through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. For online payments, your order is confirmed once payment is successfully captured. For COD, payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery.

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

All content on Lunchiva. — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Lunchiva and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the website or your purchase is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, India.
