A few useful things to know about bringing a LUNCHIVA lunch box into your everyday.
Shipping
Orders are packed with care Monday through Friday and usually leave our studio within 1–2 business days. Shipping is free across India on every order. Before dispatch, we share a packing photo of your order so you can see exactly what is on its way. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Returns
If your LUNCHIVA piece is not quite right, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a return or replacement. Items should be unused and in their original condition. We will help arrange the next step with as little fuss as possible.
Payments
Your payment is handled securely at checkout. We keep the process simple and confirm your order details before anything is dispatched.
GST invoice
Need a GST invoice for your business? Share your GSTIN at checkout or contact us after placing your order and we will send a proper tax invoice.
Care
All LUNCHIVA lunch boxes are dishwasher safe on the top rack. To keep seals and finishes happy for longer, let each piece dry fully before storing and avoid abrasive scrubbers.
